The host may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Cloudflare may set the encrypted __cf_bm cookie to identify and mitigate automated traffic. Cloudflare states that it is generated separately for each site, does not correspond to a PDG user ID, and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. PDG does not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Any future provider requires an approved purpose, separate PDG property, minimal event allowlist, processor review, consent behavior where applicable, retention limit, testing, and a way to change choices.
