PDG targets WCAG 2.2 AA through semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, contrast, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, and clear language.

Accessibility is part of the foundation.
The core reading and navigation path is server-rendered and does not require client-side JavaScript. Motion is non-essential, layouts reflow, controls retain visible focus, and essential meaning is not assigned by color alone.

Automation is not sufficient.
